How do you gain fighter skills, as it is not included in the fighter training?

In my case, it increased by only 1 or 2 points for almost ten levels, so i would say it increases by same shit with every training.

Just realised that I forgot to mention that it was in be a pro mode! If that changes anything? |

We already knew that, otherwise we would say train on Attacking, cause with trainers he can train on that there is a special table for that but i don't wanna show the image because it's to much to search for |
