Can someone tell me how freshness works in career mode, because every time i start a season some of my riders are already having bad freshness. It is very annoying and it's just the reason why i stop playing career mode. I hope someone can tell me how it works |

I would say it is random. Maybe they did too much training or they ate too much x-mas cookies.
Joke aside: It is possible to increase the freshness. I think this is a feature to make the career less predictable. |

Shouldn't It be nice if you can see and change the training of all your riders like you can see in Pro Cyclist Mode? Because i don't know why some of my riders have bad freshness in the beginning of paris nice while they have Paris-Nice as one of their goals |

I think the best part of "Be a Pro" is that you don't have so much control.
And it would be strange if a young rider could make the season planning for the old guys. |

I think you misunderstood me. Ofcourse it would be strange if a young rider could make the season planning for the rest of the team, but i'm saying something about the 'CAREER Mode' not the 'Pro Cyclist Mode' . I understand how freshness goes in Pro Cyclist Mode, but in Career Mode it's very weird. |

I still don't get it... So if you take Pais Vasco and Giro as an objective you should have bad freshness at Pais Vasco because it is a month before Giro? |

No, that shouldn't happen. If a race is a goal then freshness should be excellent, certainly if he got a rest day or two beforehand.
So that doesn't explain why some of your riders aren't fresh for P-N. Maybe compare riders with different freshness - which races did each do beforehand, how high was the training intensity, etc. Something might jump out. I needed a few seasons until I was happy with my season planning. |
