it's possible, but you need a lot of work in the excel editor.
but if you just wanna convert 14 to 15 then it's easier to do |

That should be possible.
If you have Microsoft Excel, then open both databases in Excel and copy teams, riders (and contracts) to the other database.
You have to pay attention to these things:
1. Don't make and duplicate IDs. You have to make sure that the number in the first column has not been used in the other database yet.
2. Don't make duplicate riders. Only copy the riders which are not in the other database. If they are in the other DB already, change fkIDteam and the contracts instead.
3. Check all the fk-Columns. If the two databases are not based on the same original database, then the numbers in the fk-columns might not match. Example: fkIDsponsor 1 could be Movistar in one DB and Astana in the other DB.
To work in Excel, you could use my Excel Editor |

I doubt that it works with open office.
You can try this iwth open office:
1. Download the editor from Cyanide
2. Extract the database
3. Go into the sub-folder of the editor and open the XML files with Open Office
4. Do you editing
5. Save from Open Office back to XML
6. Build new CDB in the editor
Of course you should test steps 5 and 6 before you waste hours of editing |
