This should be the start screen.
1. Click on the star button and extract your save
2. Click on Cyclist button
3. Select gene_sz_lastname
4. Insert the name of your rider where I have Sepúlveda
(don't forget to change '=' to 'LIKE', otherwise you need the exact name)
5. Change the name
6. Click the star button again and choose 'export to .cdb'
7. Overwrite your previous save file and it should be fine
