I thought maybe a thread to share training tips would help some people like meEmbarassed

I am just testing things at the moment. I hit some heavy training in Jan/Feb (level 4 and 5) but freshness goes really bad. So I drop to a Level 0-1 for a week before a race... freshness pings up, but it doesn't stay there.

If I have training at Level 3 for a few weeks, then freshness and fitness both go over 75%, but struggling to find a perfect formaula.

So if anyone finds best ways to prepare your rider for a race so that freshness and fitness are both high, let me know please.

Best way would to have some rest(level 1/2) until freshness is high. Then start preparing a few weeks, building up to 3 and 4(and 5 but only if it's a peak race, like the most important of the season).
Your freshness will probably not be 100% but shouldn't drop a lot, while form would be 85 or something Wink

Also don't forget that riding races influences your freshness as well.

Ah yes, I'd forgot about the race affecting freshness.
