Don´t make useless threads which are also in the wrong section.
this is more a question for general, as it´s no database. and probably none is making it so. just ask people who made historical databases in private message next time.

or go play Pro Cycling Manager 2010

Maybe you could do it...Try get a small team together. Its definitely do able. And if you need some advice I'm sure there are plenty of people on the site willing to lend a hand...

Maybe later, louieder, but atm the game isn't even out yet.
Making a DB is a big, time-consuming project, so it'd take a lot of work.

I tried to say it the least offensive i could think of in that small time i made that message Pfft. but as jesleyh said, it´s very time-consuming that´s why most of times the databases requested for aren´t finished. just wait until maybe someone actually gonna make this.
