It was very difficult to select a team: there are so many great teams and great riders. At the end, I picked Mapei. I love the Classic races, especially the Cobbled Classics and the Ardennes Classics. In the 1990s, Mapei dominated those races!
Altogether, I have to manage 44 riders. These are the best ones:

These are the objectives set by the sponsors:

As you can see, there is lots of focus on races in Belgium. No interest towards Paris-Roubaix, very limited towards TdF.
I will only race the above mentioned races (objectives) plus some other top races (such as Paris-Roubaix, Amstel Gold Race, World Championship, Lombardia). The others will be simulated (don't have much time).
As far as the World Championship is concerned, I was asked to manage either Belgium or Italy. I have chosen Italy.
Honestly, I prefer shorter seasons with fewer riders, so I don't really care about minor races. I focus on the objectives set by the sponsors + some other important races.
These are the races I am going to run:
1) Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
2) Tirreno-Adriatico (some stages)
3) Milano-Sanremo
4) E3 Harelbeke
5) Gent-Wevelgem
6) De Panne Tour
7) Tour of Flanders
8) Paris-Roubaix
9) Amstel Gold Race
10) Fleche Wallonne
11) Liege-Bastogne-Liege)
12) Giro d'Italia (some stages)
13) Tour of Belgium
14) Belgium National Championship
15) Tour de France (some stages)
16) San Sebastian
17) Eneco Tour
18) Paris-Bruxelles
19) World Championship
20) Lombardia
I don't think I will run other races. I don't have much interest in the Vuelta. All other races will be simulated.
