Tour de France bug - Riders dropping out

I have a problem. Whenever a Rider forfeits the Tour the France he Will stay in his position. So for instance, Kittel finished 8th in my last TdF :s

How can I solve this?

This has been discussed before but I cannot remember the solution, maybe you can find the threads with the forum search.
