Which teams are the better teams in the 3rd Division of cycling ??

Hard to compare, since continental teams do most of the time focus on a specific area.
A team focussing on Asia only will be hard to compare to a French team primarily racing in Western Europe. But what helps is the CQ ranking. It's a ranking comparing the teams by points.
Just look for the "Cont" teams. Even though rankings like that can never be accurate
(For instance, I think a team like Kolss should be lower ranked because they are not that good Wink) it should definitely help.
