grand tours difficulty level

hello,
I remember it is possible to change the difficulty lvl for every carrer race...
I would like to change for exemple the difficulty lvl of tour de france and giro d'italia

do u know in which file and which table i can apply this modification for pcm 2014?

i am not speaking about the general lvl that u can mod in local file (extreme-hard-normal-easy). I am speaking about the singles races difficulty level coefficent
