Problems trying to edit database

I want to add some riders to a database and I've got problems:

Official DB Editor, error opening .cdb file:
s8.postimg.org/dqd4dosf5/def.jpg

Lachis editor, extracting .cdb file:
s17.postimg.org/hq93uc6yj/lachis1.jpg
s30.postimg.org/3r0bdt8rx/lachis2.jpg

Could you please help me?

I think there is an error in your database.
My editor is using the same code base as the official editor, but you can try the fast editor. It should be in the download section of PCM 12 or so.
