How to edit points given in stages?

I want to edit the points given to the final sprints in Giro regarding the stage type(flat, hilly, mountain). How can I do that?

I have never done that, but I think you have to go into the folder you installed the game into and find the subfolder XML and then the subfolder Classifications and edit the top_italie_grandtour.xml, should be self-explanatory.

Thanks, tried to search for that file for about one hour. Any kind of additional tip from someone who edited those before would be worm-welcomed.

Are you still trying to find these files?
Look for a folder called Classification in the installation folder of the game, something like C:\program files\pro cycling manager 2014\XML\Classification

But your computer has a search function. Assuming that you have a more recent windows system: Open the file explorer and type top_italie_grandtour.xml into the search box at the top right and it should show you the file.
