I can't start my PCM14

Hello everybody.

I just downloaded my PCM14 on steam and when I click the icon of PCM14 is says that it can't find my grafic setting and when I come in-game this come up and I can't get any further. The picture is the WHOLE screen. Hope u can help

Have you tried to change your screen resolution. Seems like some of the screen is missing?
