This may be kind of hard to explain, but I will give it a try.
I noticed that when I intially start a race, one day or stage, and I am simulating, I select equipment, i.e C1, C2, C3 or TT1, TT2, TT3 it does not carry over to the next race, nor even the next stage if in a stage race.
What am I missing?
I select one set of equipment during a stage race for flat stages-C1, another set for Mountain stages-C2, and finally another for hilly stages-C3. When I move to the next stage/day all equipment is defaulted again.
I know I have heard several say equipment doesn't make that much difference, however, I still keep doing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated |

Thanks guys.
I don't think it chooses the best, at least not to me.
Takitdown, I didn't mention that was the db I was using, but you guessed correctly.
SO basically I just have to deal with it. Ugh. |

Unfortunately, there's nothing to do about it. If it's any help to you, the effects of equipment are very limited. |

SO I should save my money, and just use what I get. That just seems so wrong |

If you simulate it's important, in 3D race it doesn't help much. |

Which in principal should never occur. In fact if the game had some semblance of realism, then selecting the correct equipment, sim or 3D should be crucial. As crucial as it is in real life....

this is cyanide we're talking about, when has PCM ever resembled realism apart from the fact that the riders are on bikes.
