After seeing the fierce debates on the Giro, TdeF, doping etc, I feel that this is a good way to take the forum.
So, the first debate goes right to the most hotly debated question that has ever existed, causing schisms amongst scientists, nations and races alike. The Chicken or the Egg (it was of course, the chicken) is simple in comparison, ladies and gentleman, I bring you:
Tea or Coffee?
Being British, I am firmly in the tea camp, and am partial to the traditional Earl Grey with milk: quintessentially English. |

here's a controversial view:
neither. don't care for tea and don't like coffee.

eat an apple. it's full of acid. it used to get me throught the night in college fine. it still does.
if you haven't tried the effects of just eating an apple, it can sound quite unbelievable, I know, but trust me on this.
Want to stay awake? eat an apple.

I know those nights. that's where my nickname comes from.
I'm getting my masters degree, and since it mainly consists of doing projects for big corporations (Microsoft, Siemens, QiMonda, the local authorities, etc.), we get so much work at certain times of the year that we have to work from 9am to 4-5am for over a week in succession to get everything done.
it gets to a point where you're so deprived of sleep, that whatever someones says, everyone just answers "whatever".
someone could come in shouting that one of our bikes has been robbed (it's happened, incredibly), the guy will be so blind and sleepless that he'll just answer "whatever". or in the local language, something like "isso...isso..."

Of course, controversy runs deeper when making the tea.
Should you add milk with the tea bag in (never!), how much milk, how long you should leave the tea bag etc.
