Yes.
This is Dyn_sponsor_region, and these define the regions the sponsors find important.

value_i_importance goes from 1 to 3, and defines the amount of ''stars'' of this region, so how important a sponsor thinks the region is.
3 is most important and is often the home region/country of the team.

Value_i_wanted_squad is the percentage of riders the sponsor would desire from this country/region.
But it doesn't matter that the percentage has to be fully met for the sponsor to remotely be happy.
For instance, if it's 40%, the sponsor would still be okay if 35% of the riders would be from the region, but not totally satisfied Wink

Obviously, in most cases, the region with the highest ''importance'' has the highest ''value_i_wanted_squad'' as well.
