Do I need to re-install PCM if I want to install a new database? Lets say for instance I used the JESGD Database and I want to use the PCM Focus one. Do I need to completely erase all files?

I would recommend you to uninstall game - erase all remaining files (backup saves if you want to) - reinstall game/db
