Hi, I am playing career, it is June now and just realized that I might have good use for 1-2 extra domestiques for the races in August. If I on June 21th sign a rider without a team will join during the current season or before the next?

Before the next, but you can sign a young rider from U23 as stagiaire, who will then join you in august. Contrary to real life you have to offer him a full contract from the start though.
