I installed the 80's historical DB exactly the way it says and everything works well, except the jersey's and logos are not the ones to go with the 80's teams. They are the ones from the DB that came with the game. |

Well, they can't be installed correctly then.
To where did you extract the .rar-file? |

Exactly what the directions say:
"Installation: Extract all the folders to your main PCM-folder (Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/). Extract DB_80_v1_1.3.0.1.cdb to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database and choose the DB in-game." |

Are you extracting to the Cyanide-folder placed in Program Files? If so, are you being asked if you want to overwrite some files? |

You obviously did not read what I wrote. I installed exactly as the instructions I posted said. Is it that difficult to read and understand? |

I was not trying to be an ass, just pointing out that I told you exactly what I did and for some reason you just can't comprehend this. |

You still didn't answer my question - as Crommy pointed out. But let's point it out for the third time:
When extracting, are you being asked if you want to overwrite some files? |

The directions are not incorrect as you pasted above.
1. Open up the Rar archive.
2. Select DB_80_v1_1.3.0.1.cdb and click extract.
3. Find the location required (My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/Solo)
4. Click ok.
5. Select all other remaining files in the archive.
6. Click extract, and put them in your main PCM folder. (for me it's C:/Program Files/Games/Pro Cycling Manager/ ).
If that doesnt work, either im retarded, you're retarded, or the game is retarded.

yes, you do need to overwrite them, as then instead of displaying the original game files it will display in game, 80's style files

I think i may have made a mistake in that you shouldn't put the DB_80_v1_1.3.0.1.cdb into the Solo folder, i think its probably meant to just go in the Database folder (My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database NOT My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/Solo)
