Kvasina is the outsider for teh Croatian title while Durasek is the big favourite.
The only decent Israeili TT'er here are Goldstein so he shouldn't have too much trouble getting the win today.
Kvasina lives up to the expectations at the first intermediate being about half a minute faster than his closest competition so far.
That's not fast enough to challenge Durasek on the first part though.
Halfway through the race it's hard to see anyone challenging Goldstein.
Durasek is looking evry bit as dominant as expected.
8 riders on just as many teams ready to tackle the hilly route.
Todays break are made up of Shapira and Eliad from Israel and Crotatian Breznik, who now has to be considered top favourite for his NC.
As expected no one behind feels like chasing.
Shapira and Eliad should be very evenly matched, so much will come down to who has the best legs today.
Shapira makes the first move in the front group with 4 km to go.
Eliad decides to rely on Breznik to reel him in, but the Croatian seems content that he has his own NC in the bag.
So Shapira gets it.
