Team Manager Posts: 31706 Joined: 08-03-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Just a quick note to remind all managers that until the transfer season starts, no offers of deals on riders should be made. At most, you can signal an interest in a rider on either your Team Hq, or on the Team Hq of the rider's team. You should not be making any PMs (or tweets, or whatever) to other teams talking about any sort of loan or trade. This includes interest in buying/loaning in a rider, as well as selling/loaning out.
