Welcome to the Austrian NC's. Just 10 riders on the startlist, first up we have a hilly road race to decide who will wear the red stripes of Austria in 2015.
Straight from the gun, Postlberger attacks for Siam. Brändle is soon on his tail, wanting to get in on the attack as well.
Those two establish a gap, and it's clear straight away that the rest of the field isn't interested in chasing them down. Soon enough the gap has grown to an unassailable lead well over 10 minutes.
So as we reach the final hill, these two - Postlberger and Brändle are still together after creating a huge gap and will sprint for the win.
Postlberger is the rider who opens up the sprint, quickly opening up a gap of a couple of bike lengths...
...and into the final kilometre he remains in the lead!
Brändle isn't finished though, and pulls up alongside the Siam rider going into the final few metres. It's going to be close!
It's Brändle who manages to pull away and he raises his arms! He's the new Austrian champion, which is fitting for his team who are moving towards a partly Austrian focus.
Postlberger takes a close second. Unfortunately he just wasn't strong enough to hold off Brändle at the very end.
The rest of the field all retired after giving up chase of the two escapees.
Now for the ITT. A flat profile over which we will hopefully see an interesting battle for the title between RR champion Brandle and Zoidl.
Kohl is the first rider of note to set off. His time of 1:11:41 is the best so far, but it remains to be seen if it is a winning time.
Penultimate finisher Zoidl soon puts that time into perspective though by posting 1:09:09 - over 2 and a half minutes faster.
At the checkpoints it is extremely close between him and Brandle with it going a couple of seconds in the latter's favour.
At the finish, it's clear who the winner is - Brandle takes the double crown here and will wear the national jersey in all races. His time of 1:09:03 means he wins the TT by 6 seconds to Zoidl. Congratulations to him and his team.
So that means Zoidl has to settle for second here by just 6 seconds. Rounding off the podium is Kohl.
