Tour de France classification xml

Hi!

I've made the new classification file for the TdF

It Contains:
Bonifications: 10" 6" 4"
New green jersey rules : 50 30 20 18 16 14 12 10 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 .... for flat finishes

How to do:
Open the file with the bloc notes
Save it in the Pro cycling manager 2014/Xml/Classification folder and save it as top_france_grandtour.xml
