Transfer problem with PCM SPAIN-can't sell

My friend this is amazing database!Congratiolations for the creators.But I hava a problem with a transfers.I can't sell a riders.When Oct 15 comes,I can't sell anybody.I see in the news messages there are purchase offerts for my riders,but the game doesn't ask me for sell.I can't accept or refuse offers,I can't see the transfer offerts.Only in the new messages I see in the list with purchase offerts-there is offerts for my riders but I can't see them,can't accept or refuse-nothing.I have a cynide 1.0.3 patch and PCM Spain 1,1 patch.How can I debug this problem with hannes???Please help me!
