1 of my 3 scouts won't scout anymore

Hi, somthing strange has happened in my game. My most experienced scout refuses to do any more scouting. He was re-contracted because he had maximum experience in his region before this season. I have 2 more recently employed scouts in other regions and they will work, monitor riders that I tell them to etc. It is just this one, that was the more valuable one, I cannot assign work to him. When I Select arider and click monitor, and then the select scout, nothing happens.

Any idea what goes wrong? I am stuck and will be loosing opportunities in my most important region.

Don't know the problem or how to fix it, but i just have to say that Scouting in PCM is one of the worst parts of the game and is really not worth the time. Much better just to look at the U23 races and rankings and sign up the successful riders from your chose nation/region.

I like to use scouts nevertheless. But I always edit them.
I sign a coach, then go into the DB and edit his nationality, raise all his stats and finally raise his experience with the region he is in.

So if you have a problem, just get a new one. It should be easy to edit your new coach, as you can compare him to the experienced one.
