I ran a career mode and threw in my own rider for fun, and when the tour came around, I decided to put my rider in after Uran was injured (I was going to sit out the first year of the tour). My characters stats are 78 in mountain, 82 in cobble, and 74 in time trial for the important stuff. Well after the cobble stage of the tour, Chris Froome was over 7 minutes behind me, and the only people ahead of me were guys like Sagan and Cancellara, so I eventually took yellow after the first challenging stage and kept surviving stage by stage as Froome took minutes at a time off my lead, Michal Kwiatkowski saved my behind numerous times by dragging me up the mountains near the end when I was running on fumes, and I went into the final time trial 42 seconds ahead of Froome, and ended up winning the Tour by 10 seconds. I know a lot of you have had some spectacular finishes as well, but this one is special to me because I actually won with an underdog rider without using any sort of extra outside interference (like editing the database to make Froome worse) or anything like that.

You should put this in the Career Discussion Thread. A great experience, but unless you want to continue this as a story, then put it in there Wink
