Can,t apply any patch in my pirate game

hi everyone,

I dowload first pcm daily expansion pack and install it in the folder game but when i start it and go options/database it only appears the official release database. I've tried with other databases and the same happens.

What i have to do?

There is no support for pirated versions of the game. Buy it or leave.
