Sorry if this question has been asked before, couldn't find it anywhere though. I've recently bought PCM 2013 online via download, so without a disc. For some reason it won't install. I've tried to install it in something like C:/Program Files (x86)/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2013, but it just stops downloading after like 2 seconds, saying the download was stopped after 3 failed attempts, and then it says that it's impossible to read the file PCM2013setup.exe or something like that. Does anyone know a solution to my problem, like where do I have to install the game on my laptop?
You can try with D directory. If that doesn't work, you should just re-download it, because it's most likely corrupted download and problem in it. To make it safe, make sure you don't pause the download or anything similar, because this knows to make some damage to the downloaded file.
I've already tried re-downloading it, doesn't seem to be helping much though. I'm quite new to this, so what is D directory exactly? And do you know if I tried installing it in the right place?
Yes, you tried to install it in right place. D directory is 2nd directory on your hard drive, besides C. There are 2 direcotries, one where is System installed and another one totally free (it's like this on most computers, not really sure about all). It's called D for me, but it can be E, F etc. depends on your laptop/PC setup.
Not really sure what can help you in that situation. Your problem sounds really strange. Try turning off your firewall and antivirus or any type of software that may block pcm2013setup.exe.

Downloading is not installing. Apparently you have problems downloading the files. Make sure to download all 6 files before you try to install the game.
