Suggestions for planning a season ?

Hello.I have started a new career with a custom team and I want some suggestions for how to plan my season.It will be my first save in PCM 14 so my team is VERY OP because I want to get used with the game.I plan to win everything in my first season, Giro, Tour, Vuelta, Classics etc.I have Contador,Purito, Kwiatkowski and Sagan as my main leaders.

Can you please suggest me what races should I chose to race in order to prepare for the GT or the important classics ? It's my first save since PCM 12 so I'm not really used with the season planning system that Cyanide has included in the newer PCM's.

In my career I just plan while playing. I follow the deadlines from the game.
This might be less efficient but you don't have to do such a huge amount of planning at once. + I didn't have to redo everything when one of my more important riders got injured for a month or two.

Coming from a noob, it seems to me that the amount of planning required up front is dependent on how much you plan to simulate during the season. If you aren't going to simulate weeks or months at a time, then simply make sure your team is entered in the right races, make sure the sponsor objectives are good and make sure your top riders' objectives have them in form at the right times. You can schedule riders to specific races later and who cares about the objectives/form of the "water bottle fetchers" who aren't going to win anything anyway.
