Online Problem

There's seem to be a problem with my PCM14 Online (and no, it's not an actual game problem). Everytime I try to connect to a game hosted by someone, the game disconnects me. This happens when I have my ports closed. When I oppened them, the game let's me connect but immediatelly disconnects me when I enter. Is there a solution for this or is this a problem with my router?

In older PCMs if the host didn't have his ports opened it would lead to allowing you to connect but disconnect immediately, or something like that. I'm inclined to think it's a problem on the other side, but online, too broken to say what is wrong
