Question about happiness of riders

Hello,

How is happiness calculated? In my career i.e. is Quintana very unlucky and I don't know why. The race program I gave him was all green. He won major races and Giro...still his happiness level is on the bottom.

Why is this?

Did he ride all those races that are his objectives (that are "green", as you say)? Was he the leader all the team? Anyone else that's unhappy in the team? Some more info would be nice to have, aswell.

The only objectives I gave him were Giro and Vuelta. He won the Giro, as well as some preparation races. Vuelta is yet to come. He was team captain in all of his races.

Marcel Kittel is also unhappy in my team, even he won 2 stages and green jersey in Tour de France.

Is the length of contract influencing happiness? Quintana has no new contract for next year. Kittel has. So it should not influence I would say.
