so, i've been pretty slow at starting PCM careers even though i've owned the game for several years now. The biggest reason beeing the huge amounts of planning needed in regards to both training programs for all the riders and setting up race schedules while making sure everyone gets enough race days, not too many and with a decent composition for the diffrent races.

I've decided to give it another go trying to make a pro conti all-scandinavian team but have a couple of nub questions in regards to race planning and training.

If i want one of my cobbled guys to primary train to improve those stats, but still want him to maintain his sprinting stats - how often do i alternate his training program?

Is there a simple rule as to how many race days a rider needs before peaking for his season goals? do i just make the entire cobbles team peak for flanders/p-r?
