Rider role in career ???

Hello,
In the last version you could assign the cyclist from the team a role, but there is no longer this?
No team captain, no young talent......
And before the race, for example, in choice of 8 drivers I can select only 3 teamhelper . Or do I choose a sprinter. What's this? |

You can't assign rider roles in PCM2014, this is done automatically.
To select helpers, drag the rider to your leader or sprinter. You can only select a maximum of 3 free riders, not helpers.
Inactive due to personal reasons.

another thing. sometimes my riders are ill. Just 3 days. where i can add those a teamdoctor ?
no button.......
or where i can delete him from race list ??? |

If a rider is ill, he can still participate in races.
You don't need to assign a doctor, in PCM2014 riders are smart enough to go to a doctor themselves. And finally Cyanide understood that assigning a doctor will make a broken bone heal faster. |

I would say that you should only need two doctors as a maximum. In my Movistar savegame (now Festina) I only have one doctor but many of my riders have problems with their health so maybe I should hire one more. But I don't know if they have any preventive function.. It dont think so but I am not sure.

Unless your important riders are having many health problems, one doctor will be totally enough.
