When a race is finished and you get some money, do they cunt in your monthly acconts/finace??? and how can you make it constant/stable? any help??

I am not sure if I understood you correctly.

The prize money is not part of the monthly sponsor payment.

The prize money is based on your riders positions. To have a constant income from races, you would need to race and win the same amount of same category races every month.
