Do you mean the slow down effect on the last kilometer until the winner passes the line?
Or do you mean parts of the peloton/gruppetto slowing down and reach the finish with minutes behind?
Edit: Actually I think both can`t be changed tough. In 2nd case you at least can try to avoid being caught behind with your own riders.

Yes Roturn, I mean the slow down effects until the winner passed the line, after the winner passed the line it returns to normal, first i thought it has something to do with the settings, but i try everything! Thanks

This is a feature of the game so that you have more time to time the sprints precisely.
So the solution would be to use the time to your best instead of seeing it as a problem.
WHAHAHAHAHA
Are you serious ?
The way i would answer the Original poster:
Hiya, nice post and GOOD question!
Yes the slowmotion in the last meters before the finishline is 50% of the time VERY anoying. And judging by the answers of the previous two posters who are both veterans of this game, this problem is not fixable.
I have to agree it would be a nice feature if we could chose if we want the slowmotion or not, especially on the mountain stages where everything is allready going in a slow pace we really don't need a programm to slow down the pace even more. It just takes you out of the zone/ out of the moment, when couple of riders approach these last meters and you want to see that nice battle in realtime speed.
It used to be in previous versions that you could still x2,x4,x8 through the slo-mo which is a fair compromise, so you can choose to skip it or not.
I have no idea why they changed it so you have to watch the slo-mo every race, it's only useful/fun some of the time ... enforcing it all of the time is irritating.
Thanks for all the answers, I think KayZeroX has a point, maybe it's personal, but I agree to that it is Very anoying the slowdowns in the last kilometers, The question is why because in the sprints during a race (green jersey) are no slowmotion, personally i prefer the speed from start to finish, and then make the final accelerations for the sprints. i agree there should be an on or off option!
