I decided to 3d race an individial time trial.. how exactly can I speed it up to my individual riders?

Sorry if this has been asked.

I only know of using the + and the - buttons on a numpad keyboard

+ to accelarate and - to decelerate

I might be wrong here but on the top right side of the screen there should be a hourglass were you also can accelerate the time and even pause it.

I case your asking how you can adjust the effort of the cyclist in order to go faster, then there is a slider when you click on the cyclist in 3d (when he's on the course). You can set the effort manually or you can set it to automatic, that's how he default starts, but this is not recommended Smile

I was actually asking, through a team of 9 riders, how I could get to certain riders... nevermind

autoplay all time trials.. got it.

That's not possible. You have to wait until your riders have been started. As said above, you can accelarate the time.
However, especially on hilly ITT's, you can save some time when playing the 3D-race.
