trainer stage in db

hey Smile,i watched a dbpackita with leechis editor and i found 60 trainer stages,including miami,rio de jaineiro ecc.. but when i play a career i find only "default " trainer stage........ I asked if there is a way to "activate" the modified Stage trainer

Are you sure you selected the database before starting the career?

thank for your answer ,yes is logic i selected the dbWink...........i try all,reinstall the game ,reinstall the mod ,delete a cache and temp file but is the same as before ........

I found the various stages also in the official db ....... I listing all the stages "missing" in the game:
Catania
Curaçao
Miami
Rio de Janeiro
Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Brisbane
Luxembourg
Mykonos
San Javier
Monaco
but seeing the better stages "missing" are all type 1, I do not understand what are these stages, (why the developers have put them if they are not visible?), so that the visible stages start from the type number 2 (stage pre-season)
until 9 (stage of recognition)

Maybe these are/were the recreation training stages.

I have a same problem, all the db's i have try have this problem. Those stages are for the "recuperation" during the season. I have changed the category of stage in the db but it don't work.

En français ( mon anglais est très mauvais) , dans toutes les db que j'ai testé, je n'ai jamais pu faire de stage "loisir" pendant la saison afin de diminuer la fatigue des coureurs. J'ai modifié la fonction du stage dans un des db ( au lieu de 3 je mets 1 ) et la, le lieu selectionné disparait à son tour de la carte.

Si quelqu'un à une explication ...

There is no recuperation training in PCM 2014. To be honest, you cannot train recuperation anyway, so I am glad they removed it from the game.
