Neo-Pro Posts: 279 Joined: 21-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	how you can see in STA_region the probability to find a rider with potential X is the same for any region in the world. Anyway, obviously in the real life isn't as in pcm, so the region with most probability are France, Netherlands, Colombia, Italy, Belgium etc..
