Editing available names for young riders

How can the list of available names be edited to allow more values for generation of young riders? When running a career focused on a team from a smaller country and national riders there is not enough variation in the names.
I tried to search the forums and look around the game files but haven't found out how. |

I think it is called regen. Try the forum search on that. |

Edit the "regen.xml" file located in ".../Pro Cycling Manager 2014/XML/YoungRiderCarac"

How is this file used by the program.
If one name is more than once it gets a better chance of getting picked. Is that correct.
I just looking over the regen.xml and it makes we think.
For Sweden the most common name Lukas (Lucas) and several much popular names are not listed. Surname the same like Andersson and Johansson are also not for SWD Sweden at all.
Just a minor issue but since names have been picked one must question the selection of course
That is if this regen.xml file is the only one that directs new riders names |

I spent some time yesterday merging the names from the file in this thread and the others I'd collected for PCM13 into my regen file for PCM14 which now includes names for all countries in the A.S.O.DB except Angola, Lesotho and Mauritius.
I only went through the countries in the A.S.O.DB instead of adding all the ones from the file in that thread because it was getting late and I was getting tired and didn't need the others.
I've attached my file to this post as it includes a lot more names then the regen.xml file that came with the game.
