Wondering what people would recommend a rider races during a season. I have been riding in as few races as possible inorder to keep riders fresh but i get a lot of complaints from riders about lack of racing. What do people recommend for

team leaders
domestiques

Race them as much as you want. The freshness is explained in the official guide.
