Adding more teams for World Championships

Is it possible to add more National Teams for the World Championships with a editor? Would like to add for example Estonia and Ireland

I think there is a limit. You can still substitute Estonia and Ireland for two NT that you think that are worse.

There is a limit of 26 teams in any race (and 200 riders).
