It's hard as hell!!!
You have to collect/make all jerseys, equipment, sponsors, stats, logos, contracts, contract lengths, all graphic/cdb stuff which takes alot of time and requires alot of PCM knowledge. Seeing your register date and your post number, you're new here and you're probably not that familiar with all those things above, so be active here and the knowledge will come by itself as the time goes. However, it's very hard, almost impossible, to make a DB by yourself (Oleg's probably the only one doing that), so you'll also need a team, group of riders that are capable of doing things above.
