Stagiare Posts: 214 Joined: 01-05-2007 PCM$: 200.00	in my second season with garmin and its transfer time. A lot of riders contracts are finishing this year some riders are going some staying so i need to sign sign sign, so my question... does the money i can spend on a rider change when riders in my team sign elsewhere? i have a couple of riders i dont want to resign but havnt signed elsewhewre, wondering if i was to release them i would have more to offer for riders
