I recall in previous database editors the ability to modify a riders fitness. How is this done in the latest database editor?

yes please. Ive been trying to get some realistic results in the early stages of a career but fitness is the only thing bothering me.
The day when bike gears turn automatic. = Why not now? They did it with cars.
