I made a stage race via an early version of a pcm 2010 database and want to attract star riders, such as contador, to the race. However, the best riders who always turn up are riders who are about 78 mountains. I want 82 mountain guys.
Btw I have made the race into a grandtour_france, in ctt, which is the same category as the tdf and the highest possible classification of a race to the best of my knowledge.
How can I attract the best mountain guys in the world to my custom made stage race?

I made it 15th of June and nine days in the hope that gc contenders would use it as a warm up to the tour. I also deleted the dauphine to reduce competition. It's a mountain tour with a tt.
However none of these helped, the best riders racing are still l.l. Sanchez, and voeckler not contador etc
