Massive online problems

The only thing that works good are ranked games. Friendly stages and tours always crash. may be 9 times of 10 trys.

When i start the online mode, there is a message that says i have to open port UPC 17851.
so i open that port but the message shows up anway.

is hrere somthing wrong? or is it the same for everybody?

Can anybody help me?
