When exactly do I have to press the buttons for the victory celebrations? Just before I cross the finish line?

You can celebrate from 0.4 km away from the finish

And only if it is certain that you are the winner, or you can start celebrating even if there's a bunch of other riders in front of you?

you can celebrate as long as you are in the front group and at the front of that group
