How to change weather/climate in stages?

Neo-Pro Posts: 321 Joined: 25-06-2014 PCM$: 200.00	Would anyone happen to know what I would have to edit in the database to make it so that specific stages are more likely to have cold and rainy/snowy weather? One Rider Story Team Story
