Have you made sure you have put the Fast editor into:
- C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\Database editor.
or if you have the game through steam.
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam Apps\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\ Database Editor.
