Top fitness all season?

Hey guys, is it possible somehow to play carrermode without having to worry about fitness and shape? Maybe a setting, editor w/e. Can i play with my riders being "1" in shape all season?

Having everbody at 1 for the whole season would be cheating.

If you don't mind cheating, then set an "even" fitness, see an example in the image, and then set the difficulty to easy.
